Aprio LLP, a Top 100 Atlanta-based firm that recently changed its name from Habif, Arogeti & Wynne, has added Yeager & Boyd, a CPA firm based in Birmingham, Alabama.

Yeager & Boyd focuses on servicing public housing authorities and doing tax services for small businesses. The firm has performed over 2,200 audits for public housing authorities in 19 states across the U.S. over the past 40 years. As part of the deal, Yeager & Boyd's five partners and 15 staff members will now join Aprio's 400+ professionals, expanding Aprio's presence to Birmingham.
