Joy Duce and Anthony Cervini were promoted to partners of Sikich LLP, Naperville. Duce will be partner-in-charge of the firm’s human resources consulting practice in Naperville and has more than 15 years of HR experience. Cervini, with more than 11 years of experience completing audits of local government entities, will continue providing audit and accounting services to local governments.


Megan Davis was promoted to supervisor of Louis T. Roth & Co., Louisville.


Conor Ferguson joined Geffen Mesher, Portland, as audit staff accountant and Kendel Schnoor was hired as a tax senior accountant. The firm also hired 12 new accounting staff members: Claudia Lester, Kyle O’Leary, Erik Allsup, Jamee Batten, Lauren Bean, Allison Hicks, Veronica Miller, Yufang Zhang, Justin Jenks, Jake Schnur, Brittany Woodbury and Nicole Watson.


Keiter, Richmond, announced four leadership transitions: Gary Wallace was named tax practice leader and will serve on the firm’s executive committee; Harold Martin will continue to serve as practice leaders of the valuation and forensic services department and the firm’s executive committee; Chris Wallace will continue to serve as the practice leader of the business assurance and advisory services department; and Jennifer Flinchum will head the firm’s new Family Executive & Entrepreneurial Advisory Services practice, which will serve families with multigenerational wealth, entrepreneurial business owners and corporate executives by combining wealth preservation, philanthropy, and their goals for their successors.
