Finance and accounting outsourcing firm Rose Financial Services has released an app for processing financial transactions.
The free app, called RFSClarity, is open to all users, not just clients of Rose Financial Services, and is available in both iTunes and Android online stores. It delivers push notifications for important U.S. Federal tax due dates and other finance, accounting and tax reminders, and provides information on the IRS, the Defense Contract Audit Agency and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Users can also access other software from wityhin the app, including NetSuite, QuickBooks, Efaact, Deltek and Unanet.
Tools offered through RFSClarity include a receipt manager that sorts through receipt images and categorizes them; an income tracker that allows users to track multiple sources of income; and a GPS mileage tracker.
The app also features financial calculators for various functions, including to calculate how changing company costs will improve net income, to calculate loan payments, and to convert between APR and nominal interest rates.
While the app is available to all users, clients of RFS have access to additional features such as access to RFSWorkflow to process and approve accounting transactions and view financial information, contact information for RFS team members and the ability to file a support request.
CEO of RFS Ted Rose said in a statement that as the firm receives feedback on RFSClarity, it will continue to add new features and functionality.
